O365 MFA Setup by Phone Number

Click your profile image in the top right corner and select View Account. 

In the Security Info panel, click Update Info. 

Select Add Sign-in Method, then choose Phone and click Add. 

Enter your phone number, then choose between Receive a Code (to receive a text message) or Call Me (to receive a voice call). 

Enter the code you received on your phone and click Next.
